Infection Prevention

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we ask every participant for your understanding and cooperation with taking preventive measures against COVID-19.
We ask every participant to wear a face mask, sanitize your hands and wash your hands frequently.
Please read and follow the guideline below.

Anyone developing any symptoms is not allowed to join in-person meeting.
A body temperature check is required when entering the venue.
Anyone Entering/Returning to Japan must follow the Japanese quarantine procedures.
We ask every participant at venue to wear a face mask, sanitize your hands and wash your hands frequently.
Make sure to stay silent when eating, and wear masks when talking especially at luncheon seminar.
If you are not feeling well at venue, please contact our staffs immediately.
If the government requests us to submit the participants information, we will follow and submit them.

Reception

A body temperature check is required when entering the venue.
Online registration only.

Meeting rooms

The room layout will be modified to ensure social distancing.
The microphones will be sanitized accordingly.
There is the ventilation system and air conditioning for some fresh air.

Staffs

Our staffs completed a body temperature check.
They will sanitize their hands and wear a face mask and if requires, a face shield.

Others

There are hand sanitizers at venue.
